Two happy students with their first ever willow baskets,the weaving course was given to them as a birthday gift,why not give a gift to someone you love ?go to the contact me page.

On the left is a hanging bbasket, ready for planting up,on the right a wonderful fruit bowl. Well done Guys

This basket was made with buff and white willow,the siding has been worked using a french rand and alternate buff and white rods to create a block pattern. The border is a simple trac with a follow on 3 pair plait worked on the side for extra strength and to give a decorative finish. It has a large  rope effect handle with a herringbone finish.  You can buy it for £35.00
